Our goal is to improve the quality and overall enjoyment of fantasy sports leagues on a national basis, and to develop and promote standard protocols for all leagues.

The success and enjoyment of fantasy sports leagues are effected by several variables, including but not limited to: Commissioner Experience & Ethics League Members Team Owners' Experience, Ethics & Participation League Rules, Settings, and Statistics/Web Site Host Quality
FSCTI is dedicated to the fantasy sports experience by providing training and certification programs for league Commissioners, league security services and background checks on potential league members, and independent review/league arbitration services to help settle league disputes or issues. We also develop standardized rules, protocols, and guidelines that league Commissioners may institute in their leagues. FSCTI will also review our members’ league settings and make recommendations for improvement prior to certification of Commissioners.
DO YOU WANT THIS GUY AS A MEMBER IN YOUR LEAGUE? Many fantasy sports leagues are run on web sites, and many team owners are unknown to each other. We've seen several fantasy leagues with a variety of team owners, including young teenagers, college students, senior citizens, and quite frankly, NUEROTIC PSYCHOS! Making sure that none of your league members will be a cancer to your league is vital. All it takes is ONE league member to break down and destroy your league. One of our goals is to provide security and background checks on potential new league members in an attempt to keep your league clean and fun. FSCTI keeps a database of team owners who have been reported to our site as potential problem league owners, much like the public newspaper and web site list of convicted child molesters in your area. Our database lists all known or used team names, e-mail addresses, and aliases.
| Commissioner Training & Certification Program The success and enjoyment of fantasy leagues start with the Commissioner. The Commish puts in a lot of time, effort, and sometimes money to start or manage a league, but an inexperience or unethical Commish can be fatal, and contribute to league dissention and a waste of league member's time. Our training and certification program will help league Commissioners obtain valuable training, including instruction on starting a league, league settings, rules, scoring, league constitution, and dispute resolution. Our certification program will help to advocate quality league Commissioners, and help potential new league members choose leagues that are run by certified Commissioners. We provide downloaded training/student manuals and official certification diplomas to our paid members. League Arbitration Services  While it's likely impossible for a league to go through a complete season without a single dispute, our league arbitration services will assist Commissioners and members in solving league disputes, including interpretation of rules, illegal line-ups, trades, waiver wire pick-ups, free agent signings, player dumping, retroactive moves, etc. | League Security Services
In addition to our database of reported bad Commissioners and league member cancers, we regularly monitor member leagues for innappropriate message board content and other league transactions that may cause dissention or league stress.
